Clinical Health Sciences and Wellness Facility
The Clinical Health Science and Wellness Facility houses several exciting healthcare majors in addition to multiple clinics providing direct service. These clinics include Health Services (operated by TriHealth), Student Counseling Service, and the Speech and Hearing Clinic. The facility also houses the Office of Student Wellness, offering Miami students preventative, experiential, and educational resources around holistic wellbeing.

Programs of Study
- Master of Medical Science MMSc, Physician Associate Studies MMSc
- 114-credit hour, 27-month, full-time only program.
- First 15 months on-campus/academic, followed by 12 months of clinical rotations.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- 124-credit hour, 4 year curriculum
- Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) and Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) *begins 2024

Parking and Transportation
Patient Parking
- There are a limited number of reserved spaces designated for patient parking (Speech Clinic, Health Service, and Counseling Service) in the South Garage.
- Garage vouchers may allow patients to exit either parking garage at no charge.
Surface Lot Parking
- Surface lot parking available on the north side of the building. A red pass is required
- Be sure to visit the Parking Permits page for specific options and prices.
Garage Parking
- South Garage (Campus Avenue Garage) is the closest to the Clinical Health Sciences and Wellness facility (501 S. Campus Ave.Oxford, OH 45056)
- $1.00 first hour, $0.50 each additional hour
- Credit, Debit, MUlaa & Payroll Deduction accepted at exit (No Cash)
Street Parking
- Street parking is available along Campus Avenue.
- Meters are “smart” allowing motorists to use credit and debit cards to pay for parking time (no cash).
- Parking meters are enforced 7 days a week from 7 a.m. until 10 p.m.
